As guests including Barry Diller, Walter Cronkite, David Brown and Blythe Danner streamed through the door, Kathy Freston said Huffington was unique in that she "spans the spiritual, social and political. She can translate these worlds to each other."
Huffington said she was trying to describe "fearlessness not as an absence of fear but the mastery of fear. It's leading a life where you act on your dreams."
Upstairs was co-host Tom Freston, who seemed the picture of calm fearlessness after his recent ankling as Viacom CEO.
"Twenty years," said Freston. "That's a pretty good run, isn't it?"
