Mighty Morphin Power Rangers

Paramount Home Video; "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers,"$ 39.95; Windows.

Considering the popularity of Saban Entertainment's "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers"-- the show is the No. 1 rated kids' program in the country -- it shouldn't come as a surprise that the Rangers have made their way to the world of CD-ROM, courtesy of multimedia pioneer Xiphias, which developed the product.

It also shouldn't come as a surprise that the CD-ROM is aimed squarely at youngsters.

With its excellent interface, users have the ability to navigate quickly to different areas of stories, something which is not easily done with videos.

Also included are five action-packed stories from the series, which can be viewed in their entirety or in individual segments featuring the various Power Rangers.

Users can even "edit" scenes together in whatever order they desire.

The CD-ROM also includes background text information about the Power Rangers, which can be printed out.
