The good guys, Ranger Guides, are quiet, live by a code, make temporary unions and roam desert wastelands trying to avoid the cannibal mutants and those motorcycles, which are very noisy.
Statesmen have other plans. They have two ways of amusing themselves: beating up Ranger Guides - no easy task since Ranger Guides are superior warriors - and capturing female rangers, who they strip, lock up in dark room with metal chandeliers and then apply electricity and special effects. Nice guys.
David Carradine is the quiet good guy and the best thing that can be said about his acting and his part is that he doesn't say much. Claudia Jennings is his partner good guy, the one who gets to amuse the bad guy in the dark room. The best thing that can be said about her performance is that she gets to take off her clothes, twice.
