Roger Moore plays a debonair ad exec with a flair for his job and a roving eye for the chicks. When a flash, swinging campaign is okayed by a client, he has little time to find the girl around whom it will centre. His only clue is a portrait with her name on it.
His problem sparks off a search for the girl, a mysterious Hungarian, which lands him up to his neck in a bewildering political ploy involving Marchers of Peace members and some anarchists.
Some bright thesps keep the often puzzling events moving deftly and breezily. Moore is not wholly convincing as a man of action.
