The Corpse Grinders revolves around the grinding of stolen cadavers into canned cat food which turns a gentle pussy into a raging man-eater. Film carries enough blood to satisfy any cravings for this type of divertissement but it's a cheapie in every respect.

Most of the chills are in the factory where bodies, supplied by a cemetery caretaker, are fed into a machine and the product comes out feline puree. Ted V. Mikels, who produced and directed, manages a few horror shots. Script builds as a young doctor and his nurse suspect that cat attacks are tied in with food which tests indicate might be human flesh.

Sean Kenney and Monika Kelly portray these two, and Sanford Mitchell and J. Byron Foster the diabolical food operators, all delivering pedestrian performances.
