John Wayne Richard Attenborough Judy Geeson Mel Ferrer John Vernon Daniel Pilon
Okay John Wayne actioner, as a contemporary cop in London tracking down Chicago fugitive John Vernon, whose lawyer Mel Ferrer has concocted a bewildering escape cover. Richard Attenborough plays well against Wayne as an urbane Scotland Yard detective.

Judy Geeson, as Wayne's policewoman escort, and Daniel Pilon, as a hired gun carrying Vernon's contract on Wayne's life, round out the principal players. Car chases, booby traps, etc round out the formula plot turns.

(Color) Widescreen. Available on VHS, DVD. Extract of a review from 1975. Running time: 111 MIN.
