Bolero is all about Bo Derek's determination to lose her virginity after graduating from an English boarding school. Accompanied by friend Ana Obregon and family retainer George Kennedy, Bo ventures first to Arabia where a sheik falls asleep in her arms.

Still unviolated, Bo moves on to Spain where she meets handsome bullfighter Andrea Occhipinti. Ready for womanhood, Bo utters the immortal lines: 'Do everything to me. Show me how I can do everything to you. Is there enough I can do for you so you can give ecstasy to me?'

Then the dog barks and the deed is done. But poor Bo no sooner has her initial introduction to amour than the new lover gets gored in a sensitive location, putting him out of commission.
