For the fanciers of pneumatic pulchritude, Russ Meyer is back with Beneath the Valley of the Ultra Vixens which as the onscreen narrator says 'is a very simple story', presumably for very simple people.
Briefly, the strand of plot concerns Lavonia (Francesca 'Kitten' Natividad), whose only fault is 'enthusiasm' and her unsatisfactory sex relationship with her man Lamar (Ken Kerr). In the course of curing Lamar so that he will straighten up and satisfy, Lavonia has a hot time with everybody in town.
This is the umpteenth in Meyer's vixen series. But are they satire, as Meyer would have one believe, or fantasy, or both? If anything, they are funny and though a bit too long, Meyer, who does everything (directs, edits, photographs and produces), keeps the action fast and furious.
