After which there is the misunderstanding of both thinking the other doesn't want the child, which is not brought out as strongly here as in the stage version [based on the novel by Vina Delmar]. Minna Gombell figures as the widowed girl friend of Dorothy and a constant source of annoyance to Eddie as his wife's advisor.
As a whole Bad Girl classes as a workmanlike job, with Dunn's scene with the doctor as its strong point.
