Current president staying at Media by Numbers

Online entertainment site Hollywood.com has acquired Paul Dergarabedian's Media by Numbers, a resource for box office data and analysis.

Pricetag wasn't disclosed.

Dergarabedian will remain president of Media by Numbers and join the Hollywood.com team.

The privately held Hollywood.com is an entertainment site for movie and television fans, providing info about shows and pics, as well as celebrities.

Dergarabedian's Media by Numbers tracks and provides analysis of box office data. He makes regular appearances on Access Hollywood's webskein "Box Office Showdown" and is often quoted by the mainstream media.
