Stiller spends night in museum

Museum of the Moving Image honors actor

“Tropic Thunder” multihyphenate Ben Stiller will be feted by the Museum of the Moving Image at a gala dinner Nov. 12 in Gotham.

Presentation at the 42nd St. Cipriani will include tributes from Stiller’s friends and colleagues along with scenes from his movies.

The museum holds an annual salute to a selected filmmaker; Mel Gibson, Dustin Hoffman, Martin Scorsese and Elia Kazan are among those who have been feted in the past.
