Title:
Deborah Young is an American writer and journalist based in Rome. A graduate of Wellesley College and New York University's Cinema Studies program, she went to Italy to write a doctoral thesis on Italian cinema, but instead got sidetracked into the local film industry. She started reviewing films for Variety in 1980.
