Producers on the retread are Maverick Red's Eric Thompson, Mark Morgan and Guy Oseary and Grindhouse's Christian Hallman. Location scouting for a South Carolina shoot is now under way.
"Lost" sees a brother searching for his missing sister, only to find she has been turned into a zombie.
Maverick Pictures is in post on the English-language remake of Korean hit "My Sassy Girl," starring Elisha Cuthbert and Jesse Bradford, and is developing properties including "Labyrinth," a remake of a French pic, set to star and be produced by Hilary Swank, for Summit Entertainment.
