Woodstock to open three times
A trifecta of films will open the Woodstock Film Festival on October 2 at three different venues in upstate New York. In Woodstock, the fest will unspool the U.S. preem of Gavin O'Connor's cop drama, "Pride and Glory," starring Edward Norton and Colin Farrell. In Rhinebeck, NY, they'll unspool Mike Leigh's comedy "Happy-Go-Lucky," while in Rosendale Marc Abraham's will screen "Flash of Genius" starring Greg Kinnear as an inventor battling the auto industry.
The five-day gathering kicks off October 1 with a concert by Abigale Washburn and The Sparrow Quartet and Bela Fleck. More info at woodstockfilmfestival.com.
