Aside from an encroaching forest fire and the cancellation of a Lady Bears volleyball match, other big news to come out of Big Bear, CA is that “Coyote” won Best Feature at the city’s film festival.  The film follows two friends who start a business of smuggling illegal immigrants into the country.  Other winners here.  “Coyote” will next screen at the San Diego Film Festival.
