Sundance gives Annenberg Grants
The Sundance Institute has announced the 2008 Annenberg Grant projects, all of which were developed at the June Directors Lab. Each Fellow will receive a living stipend and support for further development.
Projects include John Magary's "Blood Abundance, or the Half-Life of Antoinette," Fellipe Barbosa's "Casa Grande," Moon Molson's "Meadowlandz," Daniel Casey's "Poletown," Frank Budgen's "Shockheaded Peter," and Lara Foot Newton and Gerhard Marx's "Tshepang."
Previous Fellows include Taika Waititi ("Eagle Vs. Shark"), Hilary Brougher ("Stephanie Daley") and Alex Rivera ("Sleep Dealer").
