The Circuit

Writer/director/star Marianna Palka takes questions after today's screening of her film, "Good Dick" with actors Tom Arnold, Jason Ritter, and Eric Edelstein. 

The dark comedy played to a packed audience of buyers, many of whom quickly huddled before boarding the bus to the next screening.  Whoever picks it up, some commented it is a prime vehicle for the actress in Palka, whose deadpan humor and moving performance drew some raves. 

About the task of producing this low budget indie, Palka said, "I had no real idea what would happen.  I knew it would be a shitstorm.  I thought we'd lose a third of the film.  The day we finished I realized we got it.  And I was overjoyed."
