Comic-Con Survival Kit

This Comic-Con kit came to us from the folks at Focus, who'll have "Hamlet 2" there.  If you've never been to San Diego's mega-geek convention, it has everything you need to blend in and survive:
  • Two colored t-shirts.  Better than a white one for hiding the fact that you won't wash it for a week.
  • A full-course meal: Bustelo coffee drinks, bubble gum, and a chewy granola bar.
  • A guide to comics, to be read before you go.  If the geeks see you reading this there, you'll get the worst eye-roll ever.  Their equivalent of a beat-down.
  • Finally, as hand and mouth sanitation are apparently last on the list of Comic-Con priorities, they gave us two bottles of mouthwash, three tubes of toothpaste (for sensitive teeth, gum irritation and dry mouth), a wee bottle of Purell (not enough), and something to numb the pain.
