Cannes | Jack Black takes on forty pandas

Jack Black stormed the beach, ushered by 40 overheated performers in fat panda suits, to push Dreamworks' "Kung Fu Panda."

As the horde of press screamed "Jack! Jack!" he posed and fought every one within sight.  We hoped his wobbling roundhouse kick would take out a camera crew or two, but alas he couldn't connect. See photo gallery

For thousands of years, the panda has been a symbol of peace. Leave it to Hollywood to make them violent. Really, is there anyone who doesn't understand why the rest of the world hates the U.S.?
