Org, composed of 27 web-based reviewers and 2 print critics with a strong online presence, picked Sean Penn as best actor for "Milk," while Sally Hawkins took best actress for "Happy-Go-Lucky."

Heath Ledger won supporting actor for "The Dark Knight" and Penelope Cruz supporting actress for Vicki Cristina Barcelona."

"4 Months, 3 Weeks 2 Days" was named best foreign film, while best docu honors went to "Man on Wire."
