Kudofest, which takes place Saturday, Sept. 13, will be edited down into a two-hour spec to air Saturday, Sept. 20 (the night before the Primetime Emmy Awards), on E! Entertainment TV.
Spike Jones Jr. is back to produce the Creative Arts awards for the 14th consecutive year.
Harris is nommed this year for supporting actor in a comedy series for his work as Barney on "How I Met Your Mother." Besides her regular gig on "Scrubs," Chalke also stars as a recurring character on "How I Met Your Mother."
Meanwhile, the TV Academy has announced the first round of presenters set to appear on the Primetime Emmys, which air Sept. 21 on ABC.
Among the presenters are the stars of "Desperate Housewives": Marcia Cross, Dana Delaney, Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman, Eva Longoria Parker and Nicollette Sheridan.
Also confirmed are Hugh Laurie and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who will present together; and Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, who will also share the stage.
