CST taps Kowalchuk for exec posts

William R. Kowalchuk was named president of CST Entertainment Imaging's new division, CST Computoons Inc., and veepee of the parent company. Kowalchuk will be responsible for overseeing the development and marketing of the company's computerized, high-resolution animation painting and compositing services.

Kowalchuk founded Vancouver-based Tundra Entertainment Ltd., an independent production company that specializes in family entertainment.
