Firmin, who'll be based in London, had been finance director of European TV Networks since May 1990.
Lumiere Pictures, international sales and homevid arm of France's Initial Groupe, has elevated Ralph Kemp to managing director from his present post as head of international sales. Kemp joined the company last May from Majestic Films.
