Iwerks Entertainment Inc. upped Eric Rodli to chief operating officer, a new post. He remains chief financial officer.

Guy M. Sousa has joined FX as senior VP of national advertising sales for the Fox Inc. basic cable channel, overseeing all sales. Sousa, who'll be based in New York, comes from Lifetime, where he'd held a similar post, preceded by a 1989-92 stint in marketing & sales for CBS' Olympics coverage.
