Spencer Henderson
He danced in the Broadway productions of "Promises, Promises,""Jesus Christ, Superstar," the national company of "Zorba" and "Liza at the Winter Garden."
He also appeared in the nightclub acts "The Shirley MacLaine Show,""The Liza Minnelli Show" and "Chita + Three."
He appeared on the "Mary Tyler Moore Variety Hour,""The Big Show,""Marie, ""Laverne & Shirley,""Lola,""The Tonight Show,""The Merv Griffin Show" and "Liza With a Z."
Henderson was a choreographer for "David Copperfield IV,""Footloose" (with Lynn Taylor-Corbett), "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" (with Tony Stevens), "Forty," a John Schneider TV special and the West Coast production of "Up in One" with Peter Allen.
More recently, Henderson worked with Taylor-Corbett on a dance number for the Herbert Ross film "My Blue Heaven."
Survivors include his mother and stepfather.
