KW adds cable ops with Krushel

Syndicator King World's involvement in cable is about to increase, with the appointment of Kenneth Krushel as senior VP of business development and cable programming.

In his new post, Krushel will be responsible for developing diversification opportunities for the company, particularly in cable programming ventures.

Prior to KW, Krushel headed KJK Media Associates, a management consultant firm specializing in domestic and international media investments for entertainment companies.

Krushel also served a stint as president/CEO of Think Entertainment, a cable programming firm, and was part of the team that developed American Cablesystems' multiple system operation.
