Joan Lunden --- who, in September, departed ABC's "Good Morning America" after 20 years as the show's co-host --- has signed with CAA, where she will be repped by Lee Gabler, Kevin Huvane and Debra Goldfarb. At the time of her exit from "GMA," Lunden inked a deal with ABC to produce five primetime specials over the next 18 months, the first of which is expected in December.

Comedienne-actress Jenny McCarthy has signed with ICM, where she will be repped by a team of agents led by Jim Wiatt and Tracy Brennan.

McCarthy currently stars in "Jenny," the self-titled sitcom, produced by Paramount and MTV for NBC. She previously made a name for herself as co-host of MTV's "Singled Out," from which she segued to a sketch comedy series on the network.

She continues to be managed by Manzella Personal Management.

Directors Michael Lembeck ("Friends," "Mad About You"), Todd Holland ("The Larry Sanders Show," the upcoming feature "Krippendorf's Tribe"), Barnet Kellman ("Murphy Brown," the upcoming feature "Slappy and the Stinkers") and Steve Baigelman ("Feeling Minnesota") have signed with Endeavor. Screenwriter Helen Childress ("Reality Bites") also signed with the percentery.

Emmy Award-winning TV and film director Michael Dinner has signed with CAA. Dinner's credits as executive producer/director include "The Wonder Years," "Chicago Hope" and "Early Edition." Among his film credits are "Miss Lonely Hearts," which received a special jury prize at the Cannes Film Festival and "Heaven Help Us."

Dinner continues to be managed by More-Medavoy Management.
