Warner Bros. TV hires Gunn

Exec named director of current programs

Julia Kalcheim Gunn has been named director of current programs at Warner Bros. TV.

Gunn reports to Trent Jones, VP of current programs at the studio, and she'll oversee and assist day-to-day production on several comedy and drama series, including "Friends," "La Femme Nikita" and "Nick Freno: Licensed Teacher."

Before joining Warner Bros., Gunn was a literary agent in the TV department of ICM. She also worked in development for Blake Edwards TV, and she was a freelance production coordinator on several film and TV projects, including "America's Most Wanted."
