It's been a long ride for "The Artist" star Jean Dujardin, nommed for lead actor, since the film bowed last May in Cannes.
"It's been an unbelievable ride. It's been very intense and filled with all sorts of twists and turns and huge gifts -- this being the biggest so far," Dujardin says.
The recognition is in some ways "embarrassing because it is a small movie but it is a very sincere movie and it was made with an incredible conductor," he says. "I'm still in shock at all the love."
