Tuesday's preem of "Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows" at the Village in Westwood carried a surreal feel for Noomi Rapace, who's making her English-language debut as a gypsy.

"My father was a flamenco dancer in Spain so I think my doing this was meant to be," she said at the post-preem party at Soho House in BevHills. "I met Susan and Robert Downey at their office and a few weeks later we were shooting. I'm still getting used to that."

Rapace is best known for portraying hacker Lisbeth Salander in the original "Dragon Tattoo" trilogy.

Director Guy Ritchie said he's relieved for more than just completing the film. "I flew into L.A. during the big windstorm and really got knocked around," he said. "I used up a lot of someone's good luck."
