The pic currently stars Rose McGowan and will be helmed by Michael Kerr.
Pic follows a woman recently who has recently returned from three Afghanistan military tours and is given the job of sheriff in her Napa hometown.
Kerr and Hans Ostrom penned the script with Nellie Nugiel producing.
The pic is currently lensing in Napa Valley.
Astin was most recently seen in "And They're Off" and Pollak is currently filming "Chez Upshaw."
Manning's past credits include "8 Mile" and "Hustle and Flow."
