HGTV has renewed or extended orders on eight series, including two in its "House Hunters" franchise.
Both "House Hunters" and "House Hunters International" (one shot domestically, the other in locales from Sao Paolo to Prague) received renewals. In addition, four other skeins with real-estate themes -- "My First Place," "For Rent," "Property Virgins" and "Real Estate Intervention" -- will also get more episodes on the cabler.
HGTV's other renewable resources are "All-American Handyman," a six-week competition show to determine the best amateur handyman, and home-inspection series "Holmes Inspection."
