Taylor Swift lends her voice to 'Lorax'

Taylor Swift has joined the voice cast of Universal/Illumination's "Dr. Seuss' The Lorax."

Danny DeVito is voicing the title character while Ed Helms will voice Once-ler and Zac Efron will voice Ted, the idealistic young boy who searches for the Lorax. Swift will voice Audrey, the girl of Ted's dreams.

Rob Riggle will play financial king O'Hare and Betty White has signed on to portray Ted's Grammy Norma.

"The Lorax," the third feature collaboration between Illumination and Universal, is set for a March 2, 2012 release.

The film reunites the "Despicable Me" team of director Chris Renaud and screenwriters Cinco Paul & Ken Daurio. Illumination topper Chris Meledandri and "Despicable Me" producer Janet Healey are producing for Illumination alongside Audrey Geisel, who serves as the film's executive producer.
