Rabbis may not be the toughest act to follow. At the Museum of Tolerance Film Fest celebration of Clint Eastwood on Sunday, host George Lopez had the audience gasping for air.
"I was a little disappointed that the construction on the Mel Gibson wing has stopped," joked the comic to an aud including such Eastwood-movie alums as Bryce Dallas Howard and Eli Wallach. Fest, in its inaugural year, chose the "Unforgiven" filmmaker for its Tolerance Award.
"I'm 80 now," Eastwood said after accepting the honor from Arnold Schwarzenegger. "I wouldn't normally admit that except Eli's here."
Eastwood and Schwarzenegger took a few seconds to figure out which way to hold the trophy, which had inscriptions on both sides. "Between the two of us, we have five Oscars. I mean, they're all his," said Schwarzenegger.
Despite Schwarzenegger's lack of Academy Awards, Lopez knew exactly where he'd like to see the soon-to-be former governor:
"Please tell me you'll go back to acting."
