Christy Carlson Romano ("Princess Diaries 2"), Tom DeNucci ("Brotherhood") and William Forsythe are joining Michael Madsen in zombie pic "Infected" for Verdi-Corrente Prods.
Glenn Ciano will direct.
The pic's zombies infect friends and family who are still human, and who though they understand the atrociousness of the unnatural acts they commit, are unable to stop.
VCP is now in post production on "Loosies," penned by "Twilight" star Peter Facinelli, and on "Inkubus," a horror film starring Robert Englund, the original Freddy Krueger. VCP is in talks with Englund to franchise "Inkubus" and has hired writer Carl Dupre and director Glenn Ciano to pen the next installment, a prequel.
VCP has begun talks with distributors on "Inkubus."
