Jason Jones ("The Daily Show With Jon Stewart") and Rachael Harris ("The Hangover") are toplining indie comedy "Gates of Eden."

Susan R. Rodgers is producing "Eden" as the first film under her Indiana Girl Prods. banner. Production's set to start this fall in Los Angeles.

"Eden" marks the theatrical directorial debut of David Morgasen, who's helming from a script by John Stansifer. Lin Shaye co-stars. Gina Rugolo is co-producer.

Story centers on a couple who appear to be living the typical American Dream in the exclusive gated community of Eden Estates until their obnoxious pool man dies accidentally, followed by the accidental deaths of the other unfavorable people in the man's life.

Leonard Shapiro, an executive at Echo Bridge Entertainment, serves as a consultant on the film and will oversee worldwide distribution sales. Rodgers has a first look deal with Echo Bridge.

Indiana Girl's also developing "Getwell Road," a true story about a boy, his mother and Elvis Presley; "Lure," about a woman's plight during the California Gold Rush and the untitled David Jacobson project, a true story about German POWs and Japanese-American prisoners clashing in an internment camp on American soil. Jacobson is attached to direct.

Harris recently starred in "Diary of a Wimpy Kid."
