Bradley Cooper is in discussions to reteam with his "A-Team" helmer Joe Carnahan on $34 million thriller "The Grey."

Written by Carnahan and Ian Jeffers and based on the latter's short story, "The Grey" concerns survivors of a plane crash who are hunted by a pack of wolves.

Ridley and Tony Scott's Scott Free will produce along with Carnahan, RSA's Jules Daly and Inferno Entertainment's Bill Johnson.

Inferno partner Jim Seibel will exec produce.

"Grey" has already racked up steady buyer interest at Berlin's film market. So far, territorial distribs in the U.K., France, Australia, Latin America and the Middle East have inked deals for local rights to the film.

CAA reps North American rights, while Inferno is fully financing and handling foreign sales on the pic.

Scott Free produced Fox's "The A-Team," directed by Carnahan and slated to open in June.
