Bill Bellamy has been cast in the urban comedy "Lottery Ticket" shooting now in Atlanta. The film is directed by Erik White and penned by Abdul Williams. The cast includes Bow Wow, Ice Cube, Brandon T. Jackson and Naturi Naughton.
