'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen'
The domestic box office has rocketed to its best year ever, with "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" topping the chart.
Through Sunday, revenues for the year were $9.61 billion, besting last year's record-breaking take of $9.59 billion, according to Rentrak.
With the Christmas sesh still ahead, it's virtually certain that 2009 revs will cross the $10 billion mark.
