Paulson ("Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip"), last on the Rialto in the 2005 revival of "The Glass Menagerie," will play the protege of a well-known Gotham author (Lavin) in the two-hander, helmed by MTC a.d. Lynne Meadow.
MTC first produced Donald Margulies' "Stories" Off Broadway in 1997, and the show had a subsequent commercial Off Broadway run that began in 1998. The latest staging, which begins previews April 6 ahead of an April 28 opening, will rep its first appearance on the Main Stem.
