The untitled Eye project was set up through 20th Century Fox TV, where he had a blind script deal. Half-hour multicam comedy centers on two neighbors who hate each other -- until they discover a common bond.
Other script, at Warner Bros. TV, doesn't yet have a studio attached. The hourlong is in the action-horror-comedy vein, but details are being kept under wraps. McG's Wonderland shingle is producing.
Winsberg created and exec produced "Jake in Progress," which starred John Stamos. His other credits include "Still Standing." In features, he just sold an animated pitch to Warner Bros, centering on a peacock; he's co-writing the script with Heath Corson.
Winsberg is repped by UTA.
