Aaronson will be exec VP of acquisitions, responsible for sourcing and acquiring a full slate of films at all stages of production for international distribution, and he will represent the company at festivals and markets. He's currently acquisitions consultant for Universal Pictures Intl. Entertainment.
Bodner takes over day-to-day operations of Clandestine and will also absorb similar responsibilities at Broadside Capital along with the portfolio companies that Broadside operates, which include Fierce Entertainment, ShowBizData.com and Fierce Models.
Bodner has previously served as senior VP of marketing and communications at Peace Arch Entertainment.
Recent Clandestine acquisitions include "Perestroika," starring Sam Robards, F. Murray Abraham and Ally Sheedy; "The Coverup," with Eliza Dushku, Gabriel Mann and John Savage; and "Show de Bola," starring Thiago Martins, Luis Otavio Fernandes and Lui Mendes.
