Both artistic director Alfred Preisser and exec director Christopher McElroen have been with the troupe since 1999. Over their tenure the troupe has raised its profile with productions including "The Blacks: A Clown Show," "Ain't Supposed to Die a Natural Death" and "Macbeth." List of the org's awards ranges from Obies to Lortels to a Drama Desk.
CTH has not yet announced who will replace the pair, nor have Preisser and McElroen said what projects they will next pursue.
