The show, which is about to end its extended run at the Vineyard, scored glowing press when it opened in September. Solo outing written and performed by Domingo ("Passing Strange," "The Big Gay Sketch Show") chronicles the performer's upbringing in Philadelphia in the 1970s and 1980s.
McCann also produced the commercial run of "Passing Strange" and previously worked with the Vineyard when she transferred its production of "Three Tall Women."
Dates and venue for the transfer of "Boy and his Soul" remain to be announced. Vineyard run shutters Nov. 1.
