Eric Bogosian referees the event, called "Celebrity Charades 2009: Jackpot," a competish that also will feature Sam Rockwell, John Ortiz, Tom Colicchio, Daphne Ruben-Vega and Bobby Cannavale, among others.
Benefit will include the presentation of an award to Time Warner for its support of new legit work and of LAByrinth, which is headed by Stephen Adly Guirgis, Mimi O'Donnell and Yul Vazquez.
"Celebrity Charades" is set for Dec. 7.
