Melissa McCarthy

Thesp Melissa McCarthy ("Samantha Who?") has been cast in the Warner Bros.' laffer "Life as We Know It" starring Katherine Heigl. McCarthy will play an Atlanta belle, who is the queen bee of the neighborhood where Heigl's character lives.

Past credits include "The Nines" and "The Life of David Gale."
