Lakeshore topper Tom Rosenberg and Gary Lucchesi will develop and produce, while Paul Harris Boardman also serves as producer. Logline's being kept under wraps. Pic is based on a pitch from Derrickson and Boardman.
Project will reunite Derrickson and Boardman with Lakeshore after their collaboration on 2005's "The Exorcism of Emily Rose," which the pair co-wrote and Derrickson directed. "Emily Rose" grossed $145 million worldwide.
