WWII-set miniseries “The Pacific” is exec produced by Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks. HBO Films produced the skein with Hanks’ Playtone and DreamWorks Television.
“The Prisoner,” co-produced by AMC and ITV Studios, is a remake of the 1960s British cult series and stars Ian McKellen and Jim Caviezel.
Other pickups include Peter Kosminsky’s “Homeland,” co-produced by Daybreak Pictures and Breakout Films, and the first season of CW’s “Life Unexpected.”
The paybox has also nabbed the first season of Showtime series “Nurse Jackie,” starring Edie Falco.
