Org will pay tribute to the iconic Fox toon, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year and continues to be a steady primetime ratings contributor for the net.
Event will take place Dec. 8 at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
"With its unconventional depiction of the American nuclear family, 'The Simpsons' has had a tremendous impact on the television sitcom over the last 20 years and continues to influence and redefine the medium," said Paley president Pat Mitchell.
Last year's honorees were Showtime and Carl Reiner.
