The licensing agreement, the first such deal between the two companies in 14 years, includes exclusive TV rights to upcoming features such as Oliver Stone's "Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps" and "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader," as well as a large selection of U.S. series for the group's stations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Other new pics included in the bundle are Rob Letterman's "Gulliver's Travels" and Shawn Levy's "Date Night," starring Steve Carell.
"The agreement secures long-term access to some of Hollywood's most attractive content, allowing us to strengthen our channels and advance our content strategy," said ProSiebenSat.1 chief exec Thomas Ebeling.
"Investments in exceptional programming remain essential to the competitive positioning of our group."
ProSiebenSat.1's German webs ProSieben and Kabel Eins already carry hit Fox shows like "The Simpsons" and "24."
The broadcasting giant has long-term contracts with nearly all major Hollywood studios and high-profile production and distribution companies such as CBS, Paramount, Disney, Warner, MGM, Lucasfilm, Sony Pictures International and DreamWorks, in addition to local outfits like Constantin, Tobis and Kinowelt.
